PRIVACY POLICY

WHAT WE COLLECT

GLOWBYTE ARCADE is designed to collect as little as possible:

• Scoreboard entries. If you submit a score, we store the 3-character initials you choose, your score, the level reached, the game played, and a timestamp. Initials are chosen by you and are not required to identify you.
• Abuse prevention. When a score is submitted, we store a one-way salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting. We do not store your IP address itself, and the hash cannot be reversed to recover it.
• Subscriber codes. If you redeem an Omega Point Solutions subscriber code, we record that the code was used. No account, name, or email is collected by the game.
• On-device data. Your high scores, saved initials, sound preference, and unlock status are stored locally on your device only.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

• No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contacts
• No location data
• No advertising identifiers — the game contains no third-party ads or trackers
• No analytics SDKs

Note: web and desktop versions load display fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request. The native iOS and Android apps bundle these fonts and make no such request. We use no other third-party services.

CHILDREN

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Scoreboard initials are limited to 3 characters and filtered for offensive content.

DATA RETENTION

The global scoreboard resets weekly; submitted scores are deleted after 7 days. On-device data remains until you delete the app or clear its storage.

PURCHASES

Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store payment details.

YOUR CHOICES

Score submission is optional — choose the retry button instead of submitting. To request deletion of a submitted score, contact us with the initials, game, score, and approximate time.
